Privacy Policy
Effective date: February 9, 2026
Last updated: October 30, 2026
Important: This Policy explains how V2Agent processes and protects personal data when you use the V2Agent service, including the website v2agent.ai and the web account at my.v2agent.ai.
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") defines the procedures for processing and protecting personal data of users of the V2Agent service (the "Service").
1.2. The personal data controller is Individual Entrepreneur Morgunov Artem Yurievich (the "Controller").
1.3. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation of the Russian Federation, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
1.4. By using the Service, the user consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with this Policy.
2. Data We Collect
2.1. Data you provide:
- Messenger identifiers — messenger user ID, username and display name, where available.
- Account details — email address and phone number when used for registration, sign-in, account linking or payments.
- Messages and queries — text and voice interactions with the AI agent.
- Files — images, documents and other files that you choose to upload.
2.2. Data collected automatically:
- Technical data — IP address, browser or interface language, date and time of use, error codes and security logs.
- Usage data — AI query history, selected model, credit consumption, feature usage statistics, settings and preferences.
2.3. Data from connected services:
When you choose to connect a third-party service, such as Google, we receive only the data and access tokens needed to provide the requested integration, subject to the permissions shown on the provider's consent screen.
3. Purposes of Data Processing
3.1. We process data for the following purposes:
- Service delivery: processing requests, preserving conversation context, personalizing responses and operating the agent's memory feature.
- Billing and payments: processing credit purchases and automatic top-ups chosen by the user, issuing receipts and processing refunds.
- Security and reliability: protecting accounts, preventing abuse, diagnosing errors and maintaining accurate billing records.
- Communication: providing technical support and sending important service notices.
- Service improvement: analyzing feature usage and improving performance.
4. How We Use AI and Process Content
4.1. Processing through AI models: your messages and the minimum necessary context are transmitted to third-party AI technology providers to generate responses and perform requested tasks. Providers process data under their own privacy terms and the restrictions applicable to our Service.
4.2. Memory feature: the AI agent stores facts and project context for personalization. You can view and request deletion of stored information.
4.3. We do not use personal data or Google user data to train or improve general-purpose AI models. We do not sell personal data or publicly disclose it except where required by law.
4.4. Data from your connected Google account
Connecting Google to V2Agent is optional. You sign in on Google's page and authorize access; V2Agent does not receive your Google password. Permissions are used to carry out tasks you request, subject to the access settings in V2Agent.
Depending on the permissions you grant, the agent may access your account email; names, content, metadata and sharing settings of Drive files, Docs and Sheets; calendar, event, attendee and availability information; task lists and task content; contact names, email addresses and phone numbers; and information about your YouTube videos. The exact permissions are shown on Google's consent screen. Granting a permission does not mean that a separate agent tool is available for every Google service.
Data needed for an answer may become part of the agent's conversation context and be sent to AI providers processing the request. Downloaded files may be stored in the agent's workspace; task results may be retained in conversation history and agent memory. These transfers support the assistant features you request and remain subject to the Google-data restrictions below.
Google access and refresh tokens are stored using application-level encryption. They allow authorized tasks, including without signing in again. You can disconnect the integration in your V2Agent account. Disconnecting removes its active record and tokens and sends Google a request to revoke authorization. You can also revoke access directly in your Google Account settings.
Disconnecting does not automatically remove previously downloaded files, messages, agent memories or Google documents already created. To request access, correction or deletion of retained data, contact V2Agent support or admin@v2bot.ai.
V2Agent's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising targeting or creditworthiness decisions, or used to train or improve general-purpose AI models. Transfers are limited to providing or improving user-facing features requested by the user, security needs or legal requirements. Human access is limited to the user's affirmative consent, necessary security investigations or legal obligations. These restrictions also apply to processors.
4.5. Prohibited use
V2Agent prohibits creating, requesting or distributing intimate or sexually explicit images of any person without their consent. Using the Service, including any connected Google API, to generate non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) is strictly prohibited. Such requests are blocked automatically and may lead to account termination. Reports are accepted at support@v2bot.ai.
5. Data Storage
5.1. Retention periods:
- Message history and agent memory: while the account is active or until deleted by the user.
- Connected-service tokens: while the integration is connected.
