Publication date: February 9, 2026
Last updated: October 30, 2026
1. General Provisions
1.1. This document constitutes an official proposal (public offer) by Individual Entrepreneur Morgunov Artem Yurievich (the "Service Provider") to enter into an agreement for information services on the terms below.
1.2. In accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this document constitutes a public offer. An individual or legal entity accepting it becomes the "Client".
1.3. Acceptance of this offer is constituted by registration on v2agent.ai or my.v2agent.ai, payment for services through an available method, or actual use of the V2Agent service.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Service Provider provides the Client with access to the V2Agent AI agent (the "Service"), and the Client accepts and pays for chargeable services under these terms.
2.2. Depending on the currently available functionality, the Service provides:
- Interaction with AI models through supported messengers and the web account.
- Processing of text and voice messages.
- Image, document and content generation or analysis.
- Access to personalized agent memory and user files.
- Execution of user-initiated automation tasks and optional third-party integrations.
2.3. The specific scope of available services depends on the current product functionality, the user's access rights and the operation requested by the Client.
3. Service Delivery Procedure
3.1. Services are provided after the Client registers with the Service. Chargeable operations require a sufficient credit balance or another access basis explicitly provided by the Service Provider.
3.2. Purchased credits are added after the corresponding payment is confirmed. Access to an individual operation is provided when the Service accepts the Client's request.
3.3. The Service Provider may develop and modify functionality while preserving the Client's material rights already acquired under this Agreement.
4. Service Fees and Payment Terms
4.1. The Service operates on a credit basis. Current credit-package prices and the number of credits required for an operation are determined by the prices displayed in the Service at the time of purchase or use.
4.2. Payment may be made by bank card, through T-Bank, or by other methods currently available in the Service.
4.3. Prices are quoted in Russian rubles, inclusive of VAT where applicable.
4.4. The Service Provider may change future prices by publishing updated prices in the Service. A price change does not reverse a payment that has already been completed.
4.5. Credit consumption depends on the operation, selected model and requested quality or complexity. The applicable deduction is recorded in the Client's usage and billing history.
4.6. Automatic Payments (Recurring Charges)
4.6.1. By enabling "Auto Top-up", the Client consents to automatic charges from the selected bank card.
4.6.2. When the credit balance falls below the threshold set by the Client, the card is charged the amount specified in the Client's settings.
4.6.3. The Client may disable automatic payments at any time in the personal account at my.v2agent.ai.
4.6.4. The Service Provider sends a notification for each automatic charge through the Client's available service channel.
4.6.5. Bank card linking is performed through T-Bank's secure payment form. The Service Provider does not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. The Client may request cancellation within 7 days of payment and receive a full refund of the relevant credit purchase, provided that no credits from that purchase have been used.
5.2. Approved refunds are issued to the bank card or account from which the payment was made within 10 business days of receiving the completed refund request.
5.3. To request a refund, the Client may submit a request through the personal account at my.v2agent.ai or email admin@v2bot.ai, specifying:
- Full name or organization name.
- Payment date and transaction number.
- Reason for the refund.
- Refund payment details.
5.4. A refund may be refused if any credits from the purchase have been consumed, more than 7 days have elapsed, or the account was blocked for a material violation of clause 6.5.
